We invite you to participate in an interview and share your experiences. You may work in the industry as a permanent employee, temporary worker, gig worker, or agency worker — every perspective is valuable. We especially encourage participants from diverse cultural backgrounds to take part.

The interview lasts approximately one hour and can be conducted either remotely or face-to-face. Before the interview, we ask you to complete a questionnaire.

By participating, you can make a concrete impact on how workplace well-being in the restaurant industry is developed in the future.

The KITRA project promotes workplace well-being in restaurant and food service workplaces. The KITRA research project develops a national model for culturally sensitive and inclusive work ability management in the food service and catering sector. The model supports effective promotion of work ability by listening to employees and taking their experiences into account.

The project is funded by the Finnish Work Environment Fund.
